To support our growth, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, 100% dedicated, who shares our values and wants to actively contribute to them.
What we’re looking for
A proactive, results-oriented problem solver, capable of working under tight deadlines, who ideally meets the following criteria:
Experience in pre-sales or a clear focus on consultative technical selling
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar technologies
Participation in implementation, configuration, or development projects, with a strong focus on client-facing consulting activities
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, able to convey complex ideas clearly in presentations, demos, and technical discussions with different stakeholders
Proven experience in consulting and/or pre-sales, including
Conducting product and functionality demonstrations
Needs analysis to understand client requirements and align them with ServiceNow solutions
Estimating tailored solutions, integrations, and defining proofs of concept to demonstrate platform value
Supporting the sales cycle by responding to technical queries, addressing client concerns, and participating in meetings with various client levels (technical and business)
Knowledge and focus
Deep knowledge of at least one of the following ServiceNow modules (in this order of priority): ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, or other relevant modules, and their integration with the rest of the platform
Structured, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity
Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with ServiceNow capabilities and updates
Energy, proactivity, and a strong personal commitment to service quality and creating real client impact
